Subject: A Warrior’s Soul

Message:
If I had to pick just one word to describe the soul of a warrior, I would choose the word “passion.” Warriors do not sit on their sofas taking anti-depressants while channel surfing through reality TV shows. Warriors are not sheeple (the new slang word I’m reading in news that describes most Americans.) Warriors are action-oriented people who are passionate about solving problems. They are often confused with bullies, tyrants, and would-be-dictators. Warriors do not seek war, nor will they cower and hide if it is truly the only way to solve a problem. Warriors hold in their soul a passionate love for something or someone – and they have made a vow to protect that precious object of their love with their life if need be. In a time when we are so desperately in need of a balance from too much male energy gone unchecked towards more of the feminine energy, I want for us to take a moment and honor that which is masculine at its best. The warrior’s soul is a beautiful and sacred thing that we must not lose sight of while bringing our world back into balance.
Many would discard all things masculine and warrior-like during this era of transition. So many New Age folks want to reclaim the feminine soul of love, compassion, and forgiveness, that they would discourage everyone from utilizing the warrior within. Remember my friends; the goal is to bring things into balance, not to allow the feminine to run unchecked as we allowed the masculine to do. Just as a father can weep for heartfelt love and joy at the sight of his newborn child, a mother can kill to protect her children from a predator. Both have their place; both reside within each of us. I am a Balance Warrior. I am passionate about helping people find balance. It is much easier to let the pendulum swing back and forth between extremes. Conservatives and Liberals. Masculine and Feminine. Black and White. Straight and Gay. Tolerance and Justice. Love and Hate. Trust and Forgiveness. They all have their place; find balance and you will find peace.

Reply: Dear TMS,
You are so right, Why cant we just have a utopia it can happen but no body cant control balance I believe one day God will come and give us this peace that we so need I hate to see people struggling and lying to one another and hating each other even though violence doesnt solve the answer. We have to trust and forgive each other that is the only way we can save our selves and the planet we have to work in harmony.

Reply: You also need to have respect for everyones path in life. The garbage man has a dangerous job and a job that people ridicule. Show respect for a persons position and have respect for your own. Everyone has a role, everyone is masculine and female. One should not be more than the other. I agree.
There are so many of the youth today especially males who are confused by their souls. My son is confused about sexuallity as he is a very sensitive soul. He feel and cares about all people regardless of male or female, sexual orientation, colour, culture or religion.
I am proud of my son. and that he can talk with me about these feelings and questions.
I can oly answer him with how i fee about myself and i have told him that i cannot give him his answer. He has to look within.
When he was standing with someone in trouble one day, this bloke moved in a certain way and it triggered something in my son.
My son became physically and his aura so huge and he was a warrior standing in redyness all of a sudden. The person felt/sensed this and went back to reading the paper and left the two women that were talking ttalk the problem over.
He was magnificent. He was only 14yrs old at the time. and the bloke was someone that was called in when there was a problem to sort people out physically.
But to look at my son some people at the moment see a boy. Ido not. He is a man. And he has afemale side that balances out. He is not violent. He is so gentle with people all ages. But when needed, he is a warrior.
and I am female with a male side as well. I can use my talents to stop things from esculating. It is the inner coming out.
My son just stands there with his arms crossed over his chest.
I stand behind him or beside him with my staff.
It is also a certain look we have on our faces that deter people. United we are all stronger.
the ones that we protect are safe around us.
But at other times we are just people. We are also the ones that do things that are firsts, stuff that has never been done before. We dream and we do it.
without harming others. it actually unites people.
The ADHD in us is the ones that would be out there looking, questioning but also with a way of standing that people listen and feel safe.
The ones that find things to feed people in times of need. the ones that learn the signs of the land to quench a thirst. We always find a way for people. Without hurting people.
If something was to happen we need to embrace the warriors in us andalso the nurturers inside us and be one.
For the good of the all.
respect
