Message: Hi all you angels out in cyberspace-
Seems everywhere I go lately, I see a red-tailed hawk--- circling over something in the sky, a picture that my husband cut out from the paper for me ( and he wasn't aware that I've been seeing them frequently lately), even two times where it came down in front of my car from the right to the left (once it was hunting, the other time it landed and was so close I was at a stop sign... and could see his face and feather markings clearly!)...
So now that Spirit has really gotten my attention, I'd like your thoughts on what it might mean for me--- any ideas are welcome
Thanks,
Mary

Reply: Hello Mary....just checking...are you experiencing any kind of vibrations, energy rushes, twitches, intense cold/heat, heart racings, inner voices, increased creativity, visions, hearing sounds like bees buzzing or chimes, etc.?
Hawks as an animal totem are a protector and visionary of the air (the Ether) and hold the key to higher consciousness.

Reply: Hi Star-
Whenever I do a session of IET for somebody I feel tingly all over like there's more energy inside my body that needs to be let out so I try to ground it and send it as positively as I can to Mother Earth.
My ears ring at times and yes, I do get a racing heart feeling- like today after working with a child who I feel is syndromey and I had a dream about him as an older individual in a different time/place. I had this 'vision' during a meditation shortly after starting working with this child. Am not able to bring that back through meditation to get more information even though I've tried...
I know that everytime I see a hawk I feel joyful and uplifted. They are so fierce and free.
I'm going to check out the link above now.
Thanks much.
Mary

Reply: IET: Integrated Energy Therapy has a variety of modalities: Angelic, Violet ray, Cellular / DNA, Reiki, etc. Very Good. You may also be interested in Dr. Eric Pearl.....he works with the NEW healing energies that are just coming in now....i.e., the Christ energy.
There are a variety of ways to release the energy that is running through your body, grounding is one...and there are many ways to ground yourself to help you stay in the here and now (not float about in the cosmos). It is good to do whenever you feel spacey / disasociated / not all here on Earth or in the body. Stillness would also be good for you to practice, as you may have a bit of nervous energy running around a bit. On the site that I posted above, there is a new way of meditating to practice with a golden sphere. To sit inside would bring you much stillness that your soul is seeking. This stillness will help balance your chakras...do this, and it will help you to clear & fully awaken in this lifetime.
You may want to google Kundalini...it will provide you with many answers to YOUR journey that is just beginning. Kundaliniheat is a GREAT forum. Two on this site are members there as well.
Seems that your dreams and visions are speaking to you of past lives (others)...as you seem sensitive to others energies around you. It may be good to start protecting / shielding yourself from others' energies, as all are not in alignment with yours, as it may disrupt your energy fields.
A bit more on the Golden Sphere Meditation

May you have a gentle and natural awakening.

Reply: Thanks for all the great info.,Star. I had not heard of Dr. Eric Pearl before.I'll be sure to look up those sites as well and let you know how I work with it.
As I said once before on this site, I don't tend to remember many dreams except those around the full moon. Last night I had one that was very vivid.
I was on a schoolbus that my grandmother was driving. My mother was also there as a passenger with me. We were heading towards a particular town but before we got there, my grandmother passed. I remember being devestated at her passing until a man (that I have no clue who he was) told me it was okay that she had passed. Now it was my turn to take over so to speak. That seemed to help calm me down and make perfect sense.
I think it parallels my journey that I'm on now?
