Message: I heard this bit today...thought it interesting / thought provoking enough to share with ALL Angels here.
_________________________________________________
If one sins against the Father, one is forgiven by God.
If one sins against the Son, one is forgiven by God.
But, if one sins against the Holy Spirit, one cannot be forgiven by God.

Kind of seems like a riddle. To discover the answer, may I suggest you to sit upon your rock and think about / ponder this for a time...as to what does this statement mean?

Reply: The thing I thought of first upon reading your posting was that we are all created with a spark of Divinity from God. Is that our "Holy Spirit"-- our higher self? If we sin or 'go against' our higher self, we are sinning(I use the term 'sinning' loosely--- I think everything is a choice-- we either choose to do good/bad, choose to create our own hells/paradises on this earth) against what we know is right and good - the only one who can correct it is ourself and That involves free will. That's what strikes me

***If one sins against the Father, one is forgiven by God.*****
I feel this means that due to the fact we are all his children, he understands that we are learning and hopefully learn by our mistakes.
***If one sins against the Son, one is forgiven by God.****
this one i feel is the learning about our brothers, and that when we sin against a brother is it because we do not know our brothers that has caused it to be a sin or that we know them and sin against them still.
Brothers/sons are human. Humanity.
****But, if one sins against the Holy Spirit, one cannot be forgiven by God.***
We contain the Holy Spirit/essence in all of us and it is a gift from God/the Creator.
So when we throw a gift back in someones face, we hurt them as we couldnt hurt them in any other way.
The gift of life, humanity, the very breathe we take, the earth, the people etc.
We are not only slamming the gift back in the creators face, but also back in everything/everyones and our own faces.
When we harm someone, we harm ourslelves, when we harm one person, we harm millions at the same time. When we are not aware of the harm, there is no regret or lesson learnt and it is the ultimate sin.
the sin against self is the sin against the creator and the all/whole.
Respect
Elizabeth
