I decided to do some research about what Angelblessings said, and then accidently found this.
I was looking at keys to the kingdom of heaven and this was down the bottom of a website.
I found it interesting and would like to sahre it.
No I am not Catholic anymore but I am not evil either.
I am just me.
Here it is.
Spiritual Body
1 Corinthians 15 verse 35
35 ¶ But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come?
36 Thou fool, that which thou sows is not quickened, except it die:
37 And that which thou sows, thou sows not that body that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain:
38 But God gives it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body.
39 All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds.
40 There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.
41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differs from another star in glory.
42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:

I may not be of just one thought or feeling.
I may not have a heading name for what I feel.
But when people ask me what religion I am I answer, spiritual integrity.
I have learnt a lot from the Indigenous Elders here. And I respect what they say, teach and live.
Above all, they give you choice and the choice is our own to make. They share. And it is our choice to share with them.
You are not wrong if you respect the earth, each other, and the all.
Be the name God, Creator or any name.
Intergrity and respect.
Love and forgiveness.
You may not be able to forgive the act, but you can forgive the person.
That is what the Angels and the cards and the lessons say.
Who is the one to cast the first stone??
At any religion.
That is the problem with tthe world. Part of it anyway.
We are right and you are wrong. You are wrong we are right.
As long as it opens the heart to love, respect, integrity for the earth, humanity and the spirit
it is right no matter what heading.
I mean no offence to anybody. I am not right and I am not wrong.
I just communicate to the best of my ability.
And I do it with love.

I mean no offence to anybody. I am not right and I am not wrong. Well, it does hurt me that people who arent catholic or anti catholic say mean things to people of that faith. I am catholic and not ashamed I am a christian. You said you found this:

Well, I am not surprized and in fact I do want to tell you in Matthew 16:17-18 JESUS SAID UNTO THE APSTOLES HE SAID BLESSED ARE YOU SIMON BARJONA BECAUSE FLESH DID NOT REVEAL THIS TO YOU BUT MY FATHER WHO IS IN HEAVEN. AND I ALSO SAY TO YOU THAT YOU ARE PETER ON THIS ROCK I WILL BUILD MY CHURCH: AND THE GATES OF HADES SHALL NOT PREVAIL (OVERPOWER) AGAINST IT. This clearly means the starting of the catholic church Jesus made Peter Barjona the first Pope. And whe non christians and anti catholics come to me and say your church is corrupted its not the church is the people and who ask the sinners to convert to be born again into the spirit of christ. I am hurt by what you non catholics say to me and about my faith judge and you shall not be judged but if thou judge your neighbors you will have double of the judgement of God the wrath of God.

There are many religions and I do NOT think one is better than the other. We are all the same in GOD'S eyes no matter what religion we chose to practice as long as we have a personal relationship with our Lord. The Bible is made up of all kinds of religions in there. It's no different than choosing to wear a different pair of shoes or to comb your hair differently than your brother or sister. FREE WILL and good will toward each other that's what it's all about. "Now that's my story and I'm sticking to It" LOL

exactly my point Kelly God is not a religion he is God and it is human kind that have taken the extreme again and brought fear into it. God is love not fear and control or you are better than me or my beliefs are better than yours etc. God wants nothing more than for us to be happy and learn what we need for the growth of our spirit. He loves us unconditionally whether we are gay, straight, black, white or blue, weak or strong, fearful or courageous perfect or damaged and those that think otherwise are being very egotistical. Meaning lower self.
I have not ever had a good experience with a "Christian" so i decided that I would much rather be a good person of spiritual faith not religeous faith and treat others as I would like to be treated, than a person who hides behind the church and in my opinion tries to use God as an ally to do terrible things. As if by using Gods name it makes it alright to do these foul deeds and treat others as less than the spiritual beings they are.
I trust myself and the Divine guidance I receive and God has never failed me. People have though.
Yep God is Holy and God is the only religion I take too Kelly :)

I was actually interested in the bit I accidently found about the spirit, the body and the spirit.
I wasnt actually pointing out anything about a religion.
I just liked the words about the spirit. I left the rest in as I was taught that what comes before the interesting bit and after it shouldnt be left out bevcause you do not understand it.
Some of it I dont understand but i like the bit about the change and the spirit.
Maybe I am reading it wrong.
I thought it was saying that we are all spirits of the creator no matter who we are, where we come from, or where we were born.
I didnt know it refered to a church or stuff.
I thought it was talking about spirits and the parts are part of a whole.

Hi Elizabeth,
I'm lost to, I have a hard time picking apart things trying to figure it all out. Truth is, I'm not sure if there is a right or wrong answer in any of it. Everyone has a different opinion on every subject of the matter. I'm a screwed up cookie when it comes to knowing the facts, what I do know is "I DON"T KNOW" LOL.

I was a little on the soap box Elizabeth sorry :) and was actually referring to the comment below yours I do not go out of my way to offend but I was a little taken aback by the comment by Angelblessings and because of similar comments years ago, this is the reason I came back to my original faith, that of just loving God. I see religion as a way to controll the masses. angelblessings made a comment and I quote "I am hurt by what you non catholics say to me" I am not Catholic I am not Baptist I am not Jewish or Mormon etc I am of god. I really don't believe that God labelled anything!
I suppose it comes from childhood when Bible versus were shoved down my throat and I was made to feel bad as if I had done something wrong all the time. It was human interpretation and not Divine intention!! God did not want me to feel like that but as long as I did the " Elders" of the church had their bit of control. And your posting was wonderful to read and to Quote you dearest Elizabeth " As long as it opens the heart to love, respect, integrity for the earth, humanity and the spirit

the funny thing is then, that i am Roman Catholic on the paper work.
I have re read what was said in the second one.
I had tuned out sorry.
I thought it was having a go at my words but then i chose to ignore it as personal and just a statement.
If you do not mind me sharing a memory please.
I kept going to confession and one day the priest asked me, why do you keep asking for forgiveness for the same thing again and again.
Do you not think that God has heard you often enough. When you really mean it in a prayer for forgiveness, he hears you the first time and doesnt need to hear it over and over again. so go away and accept he forgives you. You are cherished by him always. By having a guilty concience about it, youare making a punishment for yourself that far outweights anything god could do.
So go home and feel good that God loves you no matter what you do, he just wants you to do the right thing with love.
You just went to far and got pregnant.
You have to bottle feed at night and change dirty nappies for years to come.
So I left the confessional and havent been back since.

I have to go see to the kids I got pregnat with now. 1 is 25 yrs old and married to a preachers son. A missionary. and the 16yr old son and 9 yr old daughter are clashing over bedtimes.
They are not punishments. Even argueing they are a joy.
We all have choice.My children are beautiful. I could bang their heads together occassionally, but i wont do that.
It is a figure of speech.
Didnt contain much love did it.
Bang their heads together. Ouch.

I can relate with the bang their heads together bit lol
I have 3 as well, 15 going on 16 boy- has Asperger's which sometimes makes communication difficult
13 going on 14 girl
just turned 10 girl
They keep me on my toes and some days it is rough but I am thankful for every minute of it!

Hello Mary- just sharing something I read recently about those with Aspergers and communication...if you give the person a crystal, they begin to talk to it...and their words flow more easily, as their thoughts begin to organize their communication skills increase. Maybe as a rock in the pocket he could use as a touchstone...no one would know it's there but him. When crystals are squeezed, it releases their energy and goes into the one holding it. They are living, and they continue to grow.

The ability or need to tactilely touch something is especially important for these kids... I never thought about a crystal... can you recommend one that would be good... it seems to be mostly when he gets steamed up about something we have asked/told him to do ( is it ASD or turning 16 or both?) He goes into 'freeze mode' and just cannot literally move or say or do anything sometimes for minutes-- sometimes much longer.

Hi Mary, I am not sure what exactly Asperger's is I think it might be related to Autism?? There are a few crystals that may help one is Charoite it helps with autism and Bipolar. Apatite is helpful for hyperactive and autistic children and Sugilite which is excellent for autism helping to ground the soul more into present reality. Do you know how to cleanse the aura? this may also help with the steamed up feeling. if you are not sure I can give you some help :)

Thanks Helen, I'll take any help I can get.
Corey (my son) was diagnosed at age 12 1/2 with Aspergers. This is a form of high functioning autism so yes it is on the autistic spectrum. Truth is, I always knew he walked to a different drummer but never could get anybody else to help us/him learn how to work within his limitations. It became very apparant very quickly in 7th grade that he just couldn't connect socially and he started to become depressed and develop idiosyncracies such as twirling his hair when agitated to the point of bald spots appearing, rocking in his chair, perching more than usual etc
I only learned of ASD because I was 'led' to a special ed case manager position the year prior to him being diagnosed.
Corey's a very gentle spirited boy, sometimes on the hyperactive side, extremely gifted mathematically (unlike his mom ha ha). The problem when he gets steamed is that he is having problems processing his feelings and just gets 'stuck'
I would like to know how to cleanse the aura-- I do not know how to do that presently.
Oh and just an interesting note-- autism, bipolar, turetts all are mutations on one particular chromosome--- my husband's sister, nephew and father all are bipolar.

Hi Mary,
when we are helping the kids do their reader etc something similar we do, is, we give the children a special stone to hold whenthey are reading.
It helps them concentrate when they are reading as they fiddle with the stone and seem to be able to concentrate more.
With the crystal for your son, I hope you do not mind me saying something.
Leave a few around where the light is caught on them.
he will be attracted to it. they will talk with each other, vibrations etc.
find out the ones that can help but leave them around for him in certain places. donot point them out to him or lead him to them.
He will find them.
I have alwas felt and i think I just had given to me the words to explain wht i feel about the children.
they are the children of yesterday and tomorrow, stuck in today.
In the old days they would have been the adveturers, the people going out there and do it, not sitting at a desk doing paper work.
And tomorrow their frequency will be the same as the worlds as the world changes forward for our tomorrows.
But today we are stuck in today with breathes and sighs of the tomorrow that will come.
I believe that the children will adjust and be all they can be when the change comes. Better adapting than we could ever be, we will slide into it.

I feel that a prisim of crystal that you can postition when he freezes so that the colours move on a wall or if he is looking down on the floor, the lights and colours of the prism on the floor, wall or on his clothing will bring him out of the freeze with a look on his face of fasination.
I have been told the children have a fasination with water as well.
I feel that the light of the prism sill give a water effect of sunlight on water.
The light dances and the water carresses it.
I have been labeled with a lot of titles and a few you mentioned are on my list of they said I am....
I find the colour and the water can bring me out of things. They dance for me and make me smile.
Just a thought. i dont know the crystals. Just the colours and joy. that is all i am trying to share.

Thanks Elizabeth--- I think leaving the crystals out will be beneficial for all my children. The oldest and youngest have especially always been drawn to 'collecting' pretty stones and things from outside.

Absolutley!! If you already have crystals do as suggeseted and just put them sight of all. your child knows what is calling. the crystals I mentioned are specific but any crystal which chooses you is the right one. Just remember to cleanse them regularly. Elizabeth made a good point. Do you have a water feature in your home? I have a small one which is turned on during my therapies and it is amazing how calming my clients find it, music is another something thatyou can try. anything that is your sons favourite is good however if that is rap or heavy metal etc it is usually too stimulating to be settling. try something of the Reiki/ Massage field it does not need to be loud just playing in the back ground I have also heard that classical music like Beethoven, mozart etc is great.
Now the aura. If you have white sage, you can use that, however your hands are all you need. A bowl of salt water is essential as when you remove the dirty energy you need to put it somewhere so flick it into the salt. When finished you NEED to flush it down the toilet.
Firstly you need to ask permission of your son and his higher self. You need to do this because you are activley going into someone elses energy and this is a very precious thing. I have only ever been refused once and if that happens then you can not continue.You can do this verbally to Corey and mentally with his higher self. I just ask " may I have permission to give .... Cleansing and healing" Once you get permission Thank them and sit Corey down on a stool or chair, ask him to close his eyes and tell you what his energy feels like to him can he see anything feel anything such as colours, lightness darkness etc. It is ok if he can't! :)
If you stand about 4 feet away from him rub your hands together as if they were cold ( this stimulates the hand chakras) spread your arms about your shoulder width and palms facing forward close your eyes if you want to and then slowly start to feel for his aura. You will notice a resistance, a tingling, a pressure , heat, cold, or some other sensation. you can use this technique to check the chakras as well when you become more familiar with these.
The aura should be about 4 feet away from his body. With practice you will be able to discern cold and flus etc coming and cleanse them away.
Checking the aura first is great. then when you finish the cleanse check it again and you will notice how much cleaner and larger it is.
Ok with Coreys eyes still closed walk up to him and starting at his head use you hands like a comb. I actually start with brushing the body, Spread your fingers and brush and comb the energy away from his head flick the excess energy off into the salt water, continue doing this all the way down his body alway removing the energy away from the body just like combing your hair. You can then stand in front of him and brush and comb very fast. Fingers together brushing downwards quickly so that Corey feels a breeze then opening your fingers and combing downwards very quickly again so you create a breeze. Move to the back of him and continue. you should do this about 7 times. Flicking the removed energy into the salt water. Once you feel it is enough (or you're are exhausted LOL) WASH your hands all the way to the elbow thoroughly with soap, you don't want dirty energy on you and you may even feel sticky or dusty.
Ask Corey how it feels now while you check the aura again I bet you have added about 2-3 more feet to it and you will feel a great difference. If you have white sage you can now smudge him with it. You can then Mentally place a blue bubble around him which will help to settle the healing and continue to work for about a week. Corey should notice that everything will seem brighter colours will be more vibrant and he will feel lighter.
I hope that I have explained this to you properly. If you need to you can email me and I will try to help as much as I can. an Aura cleanse is something every one should have and once you have had one you will understand what I mean.

Dear Helen-
A few questions for you-- umm, when you say flick the excess energy off into the salt water, do I actually touch the water with my fingers as I'm flicking, 2. should the salt in the water be natural sea salt 3. the sensation I will feel when feeling his aura -- is it the whole aura I'll be feeling, or is there a specific difference to areas where there is excess energy that needs to be cleansed?---this is all new territory for me
I'll probably have more questions--
the next step for me is to get the crystals-- I am going to a metaphysical store tomorrow-- I'll see if they have what you suggested and I know there is a lady there who does Reiki and loves crystals (I met her last Saturday- synchronicity at work?)
As far as a water feature, I do have a fountain waterfall that I have yet to set up.
I should be all set with the music as I have a wide collection across many different genres
It will probably be the weekend before I can get Cor in one place and agreeable enough for me to try it-- as you all know- with teens, timing is Everything! LOL

Dear Mary,
A lot of metaphysical stuff is all about your intentions! You don't have to touch the water just flick your fingers in the general direction of the bowl with the clear intention that you are flicking away the dirt directly into the bowl and so it is, I do use sea salt however if you don't have any or can't get it table salt is good. You must flush it down the toilet though!! With practice, patience and knowledge you will be able to feel different spots through th aura even the seven different layers. That will come later, at the moment the instructions I have written are for basic feeling. you will come up with your own conclusions. I feel a force on my hands when feeling someones energy. I know when I am standing in someones energy by the feeling I get in my face, I feel heat when there is an injury, I feel coldness when there is an attached entity, I feel a thicness when there is a cord or depression. sometimes I get pains in my body where they have the pain. One thing you must do is ask permission. I didn't one day in class I just took it for granted, so I stepped into the enregy to start scanning and felt like I hit a brick wall. I had an immediate migraine! She was so well protected!
not a good feeeling but a great experience.:)
You will eventually start to feel the specific differences as you become more familiar with what you feel.
If you can and he is willing take your son to the crystal shop with you and let him wander, ask him to tell you how the shop makes him feel. I can not walk into a new crystal shop with out having to go back out side then in again. the crystals try to raise me up to their vibrations and I get head spins and feel faint. it is a weird but wonderful feeling.
Just follow you own guidance Mary you will know what to do. Have strong intention of healing and you cannot go wrong :)
You could practice feeling your energy by rubbing your hands together quickly then slowly draw your hands apart and you will notive a ball of energy in between them. play with it stretch it out bring it back roll it around then when you have had eneough go and find a pet or plant and give them that energy. it is a lot of fun and you can heal at the same time :) ask as much as you want Mary I am here to help if I am able

Thanks once again, Helen and everyone else out there too!!
I have felt the chi energy between my hands before as you described doing above (was involved in martial arts- various types at one point in time) It is a neat feeling, is it not?! we used the chi ball to put on a part of our body that had aches/pains afterwards.
