i need help my life is falling apart round about me my sister died last year suddenly i took her adult son and daughter to stay with me they have learning disabilitys i also had breast cancer and i have debts that i just cannot meet i am suffering from depression just now i was a single parent my son is now 18 i have no partner i feel really that i have nothing and nothing is going right please can someone help me

Firstly Anne Marie, you are never alone there is always help for you. The depression would be the first thing I would address. Depression is a state of mind not body and repressed anger, anger you felt or feel you have no right to have. Go deep with in and find where that anger comes from then release it. if you need to, find a therapist or healer that can help you release this if you find you can't do it on your own. Express your self in future and don't hold emotions in.
Get some help for your sisters children, they have disabilities I am sure there are facilities that you can access, go to a welfare agency and find out what they and you are entitled too. just ask the questions.
Your finances, make a list of every thing you owe from the highest amount down to the least amount, you may find that it is not as bad as you think!!:) Then call each of the people and without feeling self conscious or guilty explain you circumstances in short and tell them that they will get their money but could they please be a little patient, you will do the best you can. Anne Marie most people are understanding and if you approach them rather than hiding and running you are a better person for it.!!
Then you work out a payment plan starting with the least amount first. You could start off by paying (eg only) $10.00 a week on each bill then when the least is paid cross it off the list and add that $10.00 to the next bill on the list. so you are paying $10.00 off every bill but $20.00 off the next less bill and so on until you reach the highest amount which by then you will have managed to reduce quite well. I do hope I have explained what I am trying to say so you can understand.
I wish you all the best and please do not forget the ones who love you most. Your angels and guides are sitting there waiting for you to ask for their help. Call upon them and make them and your self happy.
Oh and Anne Marie you are blessed to have your sisters children, learn all they can teach you for they are old souls and have agreed to help you on your earth school experience. These souls are enlightened and did not have to come back to earth They are advance and chose to help you. So when you look at them really look and " see" the inner soul and thank them for helping you.

thank you Starseed. I don't know how to respond to that! But I don't know if I can take the credit. I feel that a higher energy tells me what to say and sometime the words that I speak are a surprise to me also. I was guided into the world of alternative therapies and love everything I do so if I can help even one person to find their way I know that the universe smiles with me. I know that Anne Marie will be fine. My job is to be the best that I can be to help others be the best they can be. Oh and Starseed, we are ALL just as blessed to have your fine words of wisdom as well.

that is sound advice. anne marie please visit your GP for depression and get some guidance on dealing with. ask them about alternative therpaies if anti depressants are not what you want. if your are suffering from breast cancer it is worth talking to your doctor about. ive heard Reiki is a good way of helping your mind, if your depressed it might excavate chances of reovering from cancer.after all you need alot of strength to get through cancer. please also talk to your family about your problems and find help with your credit problems. ask your angels to help you with going in the right direction, it cant fail!!!
today is the start to the road of recovery. so get some help and keep faith. coralbea has some fantastic ideas, worth a try.
