I thought that this dvd was done really well...and I would reccomend that everyone see it.
Has anyone else seen "The Secret?"

This was the movie that I talked about a while ago starseed and didn't get much of a respoce from. I am glad that you have seen it, it is very good and tells us what we already know but have forgotten. Hoping that more and more watch it and remember.

Yes I have watched The Secret Dvd. I thought it was unreal. The Law of Attraction has been around for years. The dvd put me on a higher vibration for about a week, feeling no negatives etc. What I found was that this feeling wore off and my lows and highs became deeper. I still use the law of attraction in my everyday life. It does work but keeping that vibration is really hard. Has anyone else had the same experience?

Hello All
The movie was actually release about a year ago...and I have known about the law of attraction for many years...so I really felt no urgent need to see it.
I do remember you telling Tiny Angel Wings to watch it Helen...positive thought and all...on another posting. I thought it very good advice...for all of us. So, I felt it time to buy the dvd. Plus, I also overheard one of my Kindergarten students discussing it with some friends. He said, "Do you know about the law of attraction? Well, it means..." He's reading the book. No kidding.
Relleee, you are right. It is often difficult to "hold the vibration," especially if you are new to all this and are changing your thought patterns. It's even harder because we have so many thoughts everyday that it is nearly impossible to monitor them all. If a negative one slips in during my day, be it mine or one I picked up from someone else(hearing it in my head), I cancel it out by simply saying, "cancel," three times.
The law can simply be seen as someone trying to find a parking spot at the grocery store. One person thinks, "Why do I alway get the farthest spot away," while the other one thinks, "I'll find the perfect spot." And, their both right.
May you all find your perfect spot in life.

Hello there everyone-
My reaction to the above from Starseed--- isn't it amazing that kids pick up on this subject so much quicker than adults--- it never fails to amaze me. My 13 year old daughter was having a problem with her social studies teacher within the first two weeks of school. I told her that the way she viewed the relationship with this person was the one that she would have and magnify into her life. I told her that if she instead viewed this teacher as a person who has ups and downs just like she does than she would have a better relationship all around. It is now into the 3rd quarter of the year and Jenny (my daughter) is pulling an A in social studies and told me the other day that she came to realize that Mrs. M was just like me(her mom) and had a life outside of the classroom too-- she no longer pays attention to her "bad" mood days and thinks she is a pretty good teacher.
Kids are fantastic!

Hey all
I got the book the secret it is very good it teachs about the laws of attraction and how it affects your moods. I love this book I cannot put it down. I didnt see the movie but I watched OPRAH and boy was that episode of the secret so COOL. I have had good changes in my life from it. Also I founded some one that I like my old friend from Middle school he is Half Dominican/and half Puerto rican.
I have a huge crush on him. He is soooooooooo damn cute and fine. LOL. He looks like Chris Brown in a Latino version and he has that kind of body too but sorry gals he is taken lol. :-P By me lol. My question is though to you Starseed. When I saw him at my best friends baby shower I didnt recongize him. I was like so into him that is how hot he is lol. He then looked at me I was like why is he looking this way and he smiled and he then came towards me and oh my gosh star. He walked towards me and said my name I said how the heck does he know my name then for a split second I knew that was my old friend from middle school.
He then gave me such a big hug and he was talk away to me smiling. He is bilingal he can speak both spanish and english. Really good. He has such a sexy accent when he talks lol. I saw my mom looking at me during the party cuz she was invited too. And he has a dancer/modals' body. Yeah and I was like in my mind fantasying away and saying wow. He even kissed me on the check. I blushed and he asked me if I was dating I said no single to the T. He goes I am too wow. Smiling away I told him I had a crush on him when I was younger and he blushed he also laughed and he said that is so cute. I was shocked. I said wow I think I like him again. We lost touch in highschool years grade 11! I barely ask him Star for his cell number and he gives it to me in his will. He was so happy to see me. He is 24 olived skin tone with a island look and he dresses like Chris brown. My mom was like I think he was checkin your butt out lol I said my what I looked and blushed she goes to me he was checkin you out and I think he likes you. My parents are puerto rican and it was just my mom and I at the party my father did not go because well there devorced.
SO there is no point in asking him. He was busy anyway. Gosh Starseed. If you saw him he is so HOT. :-D Do you think he likes me more then a friend? He was huggin me like if I was going somewhere in his eyes he looked like he was going to tear. HE just wanted to talk all night to me. He didnt want me to leave. Are we kindred souls are we met to be is he my soulmate? I am 22 and we are just two years apart.
