yes definately call on your angels and Raphael is THE one. Also look at your environment see who or what is taking your energy and takes steps to change it. Even our family, as much as we love them , can take our energy from us.
A friend of mine was feeling like this and asked for help she told me that she thought she was going to die as she had been having pains in the heart. She had 2 weeks holiday at the beach and felt much better then went back to work and started feeling yuck again. I asked her a few questions and it turned out the woman that sits next to her work station is always on the phone abusing her boyfriend or sister or some other poor thing. My friend is very sensitive and I sugested that she was absorbing all the negative energies coming form this woman and especially with the heart pains which suggests to me( after medical advice of course) psychic Vampire attack. I gave her some things to do and she has done these and the work place is much better the energy is good and her health and energy have improved out of sight.
So look around you see what is negative and put things right again

another thing you can do, wendy, is to put out sea sponges in your home or carry a piece of one in your pocket when you know you will be with a person who tends to the negative. They act as a psychic sponge soaking up the negative vibes and can be 'recharged' by soaking in a mixture of sea salt/water once a week. try it and let me know if it helps. :) m

Archangel Raphael is a brilliant doctor. you find help in the miraculous ways. things havent been brilliant, i havent eaten properlly for months. the concern was my health. one night i asked the Archangel Raphael to monitor my health and nothing goes wrong. in the space of 10 days, my family have helped me by assisting me buying food so i get my strength up, I am taking vitamin pills and im being put to rights by my family doctor. thanks to Archangel Raphael for this medical guidance i am feeling better now im ready to take things on now ;)
