At last I now feel for the first time spiritually what I am about. I have had my first angel encounter learning at my meditation class, It was the most emotional and loving feeling, It makes you feel wanted and that you have a purpose in life, do not get me wrong I am loved by my husband and son but I wanted to feel loved spiritual and I feel I am on a lovely and rewarding journey, you are never to old to learn to be a better person and I feel working with my angel i will do that, thank you for taking the time to read my message x

Welcome to the light Wendy, Yes PLease tell us of your experience. I remember mine with love and regret. Love was pouring down into me and I had never felt such peace but regret that I shut the angels out because i shocked myself that I could call them and they would come. I have not been able to physically see them since that night and have been trying to ever since, but I do see them with my spiritual sight and I feel them around me.
Living in the spiritual is exciting and beautiful and yes your faith will waver at times, after all we are spirit having a human experience, but remember who you are and come back to the light.
May you always walk in harmony with your angels

yes it is Wendy. Where your are in your journey now, I was 4 years ago. I have tried to listen to the guidance of my guides and angels and tonight I am holding my first meditation group for beginners. I have 8 ladies coming and would have had at least 15 but I am limited ( at the moment) by floor space. I am very excited and nervous but I was lead to this moment by divine guidance so I don't worry at all.

I got my first angel encounter 2 weeks ago, through meditation,i was actually pick up by micheal and he said to me just trust me and i said i did and he just flew me all around it was the most fantastic expierence, and i also learned how to cut the negative cords that people can leave with you and i feel so light its wonderful to know now spititually i am not alone xx

So while meditating Michael came to you, where did you fly to? Have you ever seen angels or a spirit without mediating? What a really neat experience you had and tell me how you were able to get to this point in your mediation?

Ifocused on the white light i see it as sponge and i soak up all the white light with my sponge, then i imagine i'm going in a woods and there i see a variety of animals and symbols, then as i walk through the woods i focus on a waterfall and fly up into the waterfall and sometimes i go to a temple to see my guide or if i need higher guidance i go into space and focus with my minds eye a cyrstal table and all the angels and guides and people who have passed are there to talk to me.But when i flew with micheal i imagined i was on a beach and he was there looking so magnificent i asked who he was and he said i am micheal and i would like you to fly with me, so i said to please don't drop me and he said u have to trust me and we flew in the sky and it was so amazing to think two weeks ago i had no experience of angels and now the signs are coming thick and fast and now i want to tell everyone xx

And we love hearing...thank you for posting your experiences and vibrations for all to learn and grow from.
Now, when you say you do all of this traveling, meaning, you are currently practicing daily meditation with visualization techniques? Do you bring your conscious into the unconscious or are you visiting another dimention / plane?

Wendy one of the reasons we don't seem to find or make the time for meditation is our ego or lower self. Meditation is a discipline it is also the way we listen to God, Divine grace, universe etc.
I have been teaching a group of 8 how to meditate. You really only need 11 minutes a day some take 30 some 3 hours depending on who teaches you. but really taking 11 minutes is justifiable to most trust me it usually goes longer once you are in the swing of it. I tell my students to choose a time of the day or night that they will put aside to meditate with the strong intention that nothing will deter you from this, Our ego will place as many obstacles is our way as it can to distract us from our meditation because once we meditate we raise our vibrations and start to connect to our higher self. Ego will fight like mad to stop that happening because then ego will have no existance. This is a really simple way to explain it. but take note. once you decide what time to meditate every day there will be phone calls or visitors or power outs or a show you really want to watch on tv or some other obstacle placed before you. Determine at the moment you commit to a time that the phone will be off the hook, the tv program can be recorded, place a note on the door saying not to be disturbed tell your friends and family you will be unavailable between these times.
Try and see if I am right, ego will fight you tooth and nail, be prepared to fight back it is worth it :)

thank God i finaly found a place that could answer some questions that i have. About 8 months ago my fiances grandmother pass away and ever since strange things have been happening around me, now she and i were very close, she loved me like a daughter, and she was very spiritual and alway talk to me about this, but am new to this and i need help because i want to know the truth, yesterday my daughter and i, she is 12, we were on my computer taking pictures when my camara falls on the floor and takes two picture, in one of the pictures close to the light there was an image of someone with short hair and look like her, how can i learn more so i could communicate without bring harm or bad spirits, please anyone help me. Another thing is my fiance was locked up for something i know he didn't do and i would like to protect him until he is proven inoccent how can i help him prove his inocence, and protect him from harm while he there?
