Subject: Energy Shift

Did anyone feel the energy shift today? It felt like a blast of energy came up and hit me in the head. I got very dizzy and felt like 200 pounds of pressure was pushing down on top of me, holding me to Mother Earth. My hands were being sucked down as well. It took me about an hour to recoup.

I did not feel it but I have been very tired and layed in bed alot today. I have never heard about the energy shift, very interesting.

Yes...the earth is currently out of time sync with the rest of the celestial bodies in the universe.
All things hold a vibration that resonates in a frequency...from planets to quarks...and yes, even us!
Schumann frequency discovered in 1952: 7.8 hz where the earth has held it for the last 80 some-odd years. Then, the pulse, or heart beat, of the earth started changing by going up in 1980. It can now be registered as high as 60 hz on some parts of the planet. The US govenment uses this frequency for many things...especially military. They, too, have noticed these frequency changes. So has NASA.
Last night while falling asleep I heard mother earth's heartbeat...and then, today I felt another slight shift in energy...felt spacy, dizzy, and a bit sick, etc. Hope this helps

i live on a naval base in great lakes,il. and just yesterday i felt this shift. it is quite painful for me--i will describe it and if it sounds odd write back and let me know... my vibration shifts, i feel light headed, my hands and arms go cold and vibrate, my heart feels like it's going to pop. this is usually followed within 24 hrs. of some news--either positive or negative. like yesterday, my boyfriend said he couldent deal with our relationship. :(

Yes, this all sounds very familiar to me...as I, too, get similar charasmatic manifestations that result in various energy flow thoughout the body. It seems that your senstivity comes from your connection to mother earth.
We do live in a 3D world of polarity (positive and negative)...where we are polarized from our beliefs..such as good & evil...when in fact...that everything is how it should be for learning & growth of humanity (energy in motion). I think the eastern thought systems are moving in the right direction with the thought of the blending of the yin & yang energies...the female energy and the male energy (this blending would be the goal of androgenous).
Remember that people are brought into our lives for a purpose, some hold keys for the other, some need to clear past life karma, some are out of bonds of love that have transcended time and space, some are for lessons that we need to help/teach eachother. All is good, and we are all blessed with these various acts of love...lucky to have people pass through our life. This is why I live in the present...make now the most important time...as now will never come again.
May your life be filled with the love of the divine, for all eternity-

And does the Shift, cause different reactions to different people depending on their actial frequency.
And does it shift all over at the same time due to different dimensions etc or is it a spot frequency, in different areas at a time till it is all joined up.
There seems to be sutle ones as well in between but less noticable till you sit and feel about the day.
Shift, sutle settling. the rings that go out stay the same strength, but then it is a settling, combining sort of feeling.
Like a sigh. As you are settling down into your most comfortable chair after a massive day.
A sigh.
So which are the shifts. The massive ones we feel, see etc or the ones that sigh as well as a whole thing.
I find that touching the ground with my hands and feeling it helps ease it. The feelings and sensations. After it happens that is.

Shifts are simply the earth changing energy frequencies...it probably feels differently to others, and not everyone can feel it. One needs to be sensative to the energies, like some people can feel energy given off by crystals. I can't, but I can feel moldivite (I think it comes from a metiorite in space), as it has a very high vibration. Other people can feel vibrations in different chakras when they are next to a crystal bowl, etc. Similar stuff.
I can tell it is a shift because I feel a different vibration...sometimes hits me as energy waves, other times I can feel it on my skin, or I also hear it in my head / ear chakra. Plus the dizziness, sickness, etc.
Yes, the earth has such suttle energy shifts it is often difficult to tell...they happen about every week or more...but the larger ones about once a month or so, and these are the ones I can feel. I also know it is a shift because I talk with others who have felt the same thing at the same time.
Yes, I too find it good to ground immediately after I notice some type of energy change.

Just call me Spacy Stacy today...as I meant to say Crystal Singing Bowls...not crystal bowl. They are beautiful to listen to, and good for clearing stones and crystals. The bowls tend to break as the vibrations occasionally ressonate so much that the bowls break, especially the largest one for the crown chakra. You can get the bowls on a cd now. They hold the same effect of realigning your chakras (vibrational balance and such).

Just a thought...
sometimes I get this thing in my head i have never told anyone about
It is like a ping from a tuning fork in my head.
Mostly at night.
Like a stirng that is set offf in a musical instrument.
it doesnt hurt but it is very noticable.
Like a wake up call.
Andthe bowls i have neverheard of before except when you are plang with a glass.
the ping is activated in the head but goes down through my body.
Is that something to do with the chakra's i am now wondering, as you mentioned the bowls and the aligning. I dont know if I am jsut seeing a connection or what.
And when you vibrate them do you feel it as well as hear it. I cant hear something without feeling it. Is that how the bowls work.
I will do a search engine as well as asking. Not because O dont believe you, but because I am hungry for more infomation. Sometimes i feel like a computr collecting data anduntil I have all the data there is no feelings with the data collectio till there is the AH ha ofthe connection of it all.

The chakras are like keys in our body...helping us to wake up. One will rotate clockwise, then counter clockwise, and clockwise again...and that action will trigger the one above it and the one below it. It is a complex system of a locking mechainsm...like a safe. Only to be opened when the soul is ready. Each has its own vibration, color, etc. This is why I see red all the time, as red is the root chakra...I like to think of it as the seat of the soul where the snake lays in it's chamber until it is ready to rise. I woke up this morning to see one of my chakra disks rotating in both directions on my ceiling.
Your tuning fork ping in your head sounds similar to the charasmatic phenomenon that I recieve as well, only mine is like ringing, wooshing, etc. Some people hear flocks of birds, or the humming of bees buzzing about. They are simply a result of incorporating new energies into your body as your vibrations change, or in a way like you mentioned, a sort of messages you sent to yourself. All are one of the symptoms of a K awakening.

Maybe I felt a shift about a week or so ago, got a dizzy spell out of the blue then it went away. I don't know much about the shift but I told Helen awhile back, In my bathroom I have a rug that has lines on it and if I look at it I can see transparent looking waves moving across it. Not sure if it is lines messing with my head or if I am really seeing them. There are several looking heatwave looking looking lines like this ~~~~~~~~~~~~ squirming all over the floor moving in the same direction. I can't see it just by looking down at the floor but this rug picks it up for me to see them. Weird huh?

Yes...energy shifts hit people in different ways, and your headaches can be a result of this.
Also,
Your chakras are like small votexes / cones that go both in front of your body one way, and in back of your body in the other. So, it may be your 5th or 6th chakra that you are feeling. The 5th chakra (the throat) is where spirit enters...some people think that it is through the solar plexis which is connected to the great central sun. I have a bit of difficulty with my 5th and am currently practicing breathing in and out of it. I also am having pain in my 3rd eye as my pituitary and pinial glands are expanding to let in more light.
You may also have so much excess energy roaming around in your head and don't know how to release it. Simply ground, or open up your crown to let some out.
There is definately something to the back of the head thing...because mine often hurts, vibrates, and now feels full of fluid energy...I can especially feel it when my head hits the pillow at night. This would make sence due to the 3rd eye pain as it is directly across from it.
