Subject: Out Of Body Expierence

Why does this happen? I've had it happen once and I heard two spirits or people talking while I was suspended in mid air. One was very loud and I can't remember what he said but the other one said SHHHHHH she'll hear you. I have had only one and I did not want to cooperate in leaving the room, Nor would I turn around and look at myself on the bed or would I look at who ever may have been in the doorway watching. I do know there were two of them. I just waited and then went back into my body and of course freaked out!

You kind of 'popped' into the space where Angels/Spirits dwell in consciousness, near the physical plane. It can be a frightening experience, especially the first time it happens. Keep in mind your connection to the physical, should this happen again, and know that you can and will return to your body upon will. This will help lessen your fear of this ability.

Well this experience was very frightening to say the least. I remember being held down by some sort of force and could not get up when I realized something was not right. As I struggled to get up my bed fibrated very hard like a shaking back and fourth, it started off slow but got very intense with the shaking then OUT I WENT. Wonder if this is how most experience it.

I have had several out-of-body experiences. It always begins with an intense vibration (remember that everything vibrates, including us), usually at the back of my head, and then goes into an intense full body vibration. I can also tell when I am coming back into my body. For protection and peace of mind, when I go to bed each night I say a little prayers to the Father Mother God. I ask for a quick and gentle exit and a quick and gentle entrance. I also ask for the pilar light of protection through the tube taurus, or you could invision it as if it were a bubble of light. I do this because once time I came back into my body so hard that it was like I was hit over the head with a cast iron skillet, and another time I ended up in the "well of souls" with some very lost, confused, and angry souls. I once had my gaurdian angel take my hand as I entered back into my body. She said, "I know where you want to go." Then, she took me way up in to the sky where I believe to have been the paladian star system. We spent time just looking at the beauty. She then turned to me and said, "It is time for you to stay." I told her that I was not done down there (pointing down to Earth). I thanked her and the next thing I knew was WOOOOOSH.

Holy Cow! what an expierence that was huh? So, why do we leave our bodies? I was scared to death when it happened. So, you did what I did vibrated real hard then out you went.

I thought I replied to this but I guess I forgot to hit the send button. So, why do we have outer body experiences and what purpose do they serve? It's nice to know that I am not alone in this topic. Fibration is the under statment huh? Never been shook so hard in my life!

You know Kelly, I had something very similar happen to me a few years back. I woke up in the middle of the night and saw two spirit guides floating above my bedroom doorway. As I looked at them I could hear my husband dreaming...I found my self making some sort comment on his spaghetti dinner that he had made for me that night...to which the guides said, "SHHHH! You cannot interfere." I also had an OBE one time to which I also didn't want to look down at my body, but I did see what looked like a sliver chord tethering me to it. I could feel it tug at the back of my head. But, I guess OBE's are a bit different for everyone.

I'm not really sure why people can have OBE's. Maybe it's to help remind us what it's like on the other side...reminding our souls that we never die, that we only raise our vibrations to the next level or plane of existance. Oh, yes...it can be very scarry if your new to it. I haven't done it for awhile.
If you don't like it, ask the angels, or your higher self, to intervene and stop it. Remember...all things God gives us are for our highest good, even if we don't yet know the answers to them.

I was reading some of Doreen's books and she said she has discovered that people who have OBE usually have stronger physic abililites, don't know if this is true or not but, she had an OBE when she was smaller. She said it would be something she would not want to practice in doing, can't say that I blame here there. I have never wanted to leave again.

i have this reoccurring dream that im on a battle field.... its not just a regular battle its an epic one. the battle of good vs. evil and a neutral party is there to help. i have talked to a couple people. and we describe the exact same details, with a few minor differences.... the dream is as fallows
im standing before thousands men, we are all in armor not of this world. blackish silver. its a moon lit night and we stand on a cliff over looking the sea or large river bank. im talking to a man with long grey hair and blackest but warmest eyes i have ever seen. its like hes giving me advice, like im unsure or having doubts and i look back at the faces of my fellow comrades, to only return my focus on his eyes. we exchange words and i walk back. i feel the ground beneath my feet, i smell the air... i am totally aware of my surroundings. i have never had dream more real than this. but we suddenly fly.. i feel myself lift of the ground and take flight. with hundreds of thousands us flying towards creatures. it fast forwards everything becomes a blur. i clinch my fists and i feel my heart start to race, i feel the impact of blows and clashing of armor, then we are in front of a this preditor looking thing and i jult up and i feel sore im winded.
theres more to this when im not dreaming every once in a while i feel the presence of energy that surrounds me on all sides its moving and i since the fear of another being. i feel them move i smell their fear. they keep there distance but i cant describe it.call me crazy but its doest happen often for me to freak out its like im ok with it.
but i feel like im not from here. when i say here this planet and this galaxy i honestly believe im another life from sent here to help out. its unreal at how real it feels and what i see. not mention all the dejah vue i get after i have this dream. about every three to four months

adam_c From what TMS has told me, your a warrior of light. I think the OBE i've had is when I went back in time. I couldn't stop vibrating, which sounds quite similar to what all you are saying. I was lying on my back and this egypation was looking over me, they did something to me, something. I then rushed back to where I slept and had an old feeling of body organs moving up my body. I then woke up casually, didn't even move, just open my eyes. Nothing abnormally scary about it if you know what my dreams are like, but it was what happen the following night that got my whole familly worried.
Woke up about 4:36, i think, and felt cold, which is normal as I have the fan running and the window open but something wasn't right. I couldn't get warm like I normally do. I got up closed the window and even turn the fan off. I still couldn't warm up, then pain grew below my belly button and wanting to be sick. I looked up for my glasses and started to fell even worse. I grabbed my glasses, open my door and my legs start to fail and head felt it wasn't on straight. As I open the bathroom door and open the toilet seat i collapsed. I remember grabbing something to pull myslef with and then I went blind.
Ok now I'm feeling better I can say all this but all day I didn't feel right cause of the dream. Although the only feeling or voice says curse and just thinking of that is making me dizzy, so I'll finish here.
